iCloud to get movie streaming service.

Digital Trends is reporting that Apple is currently in talks with Hollywood to get movie streaming rights.


In the near future, your database of movies could be in the cloud, Apple's iCloud that is. The feature could allow for streaming to Apple TVs, iPhones, iPods, and iPads which would mean you could enjoy the media elsewhere besides your computer with no requirement for hard drive space.

What could really make this interesting is if Apple offers an itunes match type arrangement so you could upgrade any pirates movies to the Apple version for a one time fee and then have the proper ownership of all these films in the iCloud.

I doubt whether Hollywood would ever go for this as their love for money is just too strong.
